Skip Chapman is a Georgia based artist and writer, residing in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. With an emphasis on abstract expression and poetry, Skip has found a strong connection between the paint on the canvas and the words on paper. His poetry can be found in his paintings as well as his most recent publication of ‘Love Thoughts & Other Insanities’.
He has served as a board member of the Cherokee County Arts Council and remains active in exhibiting through galleries and participating in group/solo shows. He has also curated and judged various events in the Metro Atlanta area.
